      Owners are hands on and very involved and knowledgeable about all departments. They let you do the work without micromanaging, very nice people and very generous.

      No remote working options,a bit more flexibility would go a long way

      The money was good and lots of free wine

      Cons

      No work life balance. Told when I had my baby in October that I would never be able to attend his birthday parites because it was a busy month for the company.
