      7.5h long shift, impressive for an hospitality job; Nice relationship between the foh and boh; Fun kitchen staff; Opportunity to propose new stuff; Opportunity to learn always something new.

      Not that I can think at. It might be busier in summer time but if you do you bit, it will be fun and rewarding.
