WFH is not an option at the moment.

Communication regarding the interview was quick, and scheduling was very flexible.

After the interview, a considerable amount of time passed without any response or feedback. In my view, failing to follow up with candidates—especially those who invested their time and effort—is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the organization's communication standards.
