Pros

+ The art is high-quality and well-crafted — it’s enjoyable to work with. + This company can be a good place for junior designers. There’s a lot of structured learning and feedback at every step.

Cons

– Communication is top-down: tasks are given through a manager, and it’s difficult to contribute your own ideas or feel involved in a process. – Inside the team - no healthy dynamic — no initiative, or creative brainstorming. Communication feels cold and distant. – A high level of control creates pressure rather than support: tracking systems, strict response time expectations, and frequent calls — even when written communication would be enough. – There is a constant sense not meeting unspoken standards, which creates tension and reduces motivation. It seems hard to work independently or confidently. – Instead of an employment contract, cooperation is offered via a freelance agreement, but with restrictions — you’re not allowed to take other freelance work, while the company doesn’t provide any guarantees if they decide to end the collaboration by any reason. So, be cautious.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Fair salaries

Cons

- Super toxic company culture: They make you work weekends and late at night all the time and don’t even pay you extra for it. Nobody is happy there, everyone is burned out and tired. Deadlines be like one or two days, so you gotta stay up all night just to finish stuff. There is basically no work life balance at all. - Orders from the top only: Everything comes from the top and you can’t say nothing about it. If you disagree or try to talk, they don’t wanna hear it. It’s all about money and they don’t care how it affects workers or their wellbeing. - One mistake and you’re done: If you speak up even once, they put a target on you. Next thing you know you’re on some PDP thing and they trying to fire you, or they just make your life so hard you quit before they do it. There’s way more I could say, but honestly just don’t trust the fake smiles and nice talk. Just run.
