Pros
It's a small but nimble team. If you got the skill sets, they really work hard to get you placed with a suitable office. They're also very efficient and the office is centrally located near Bart. The opportunity are generally very well paid, and they do a good job of helping you negotiate your salary.
Cons
They're a small office so they might not have 500 open opportunities like Robert Half, but the ones they have are generally great positions.
