      Pros

      Short term project. Gained experience freelance/ghost writing or editing press releases for corporate clients. Worked directly with Kristen on revisions. Her instructions were clear and the topics were fun and engaging.The experience and editing "samples" have proved valuable in my own marketing.

      Cons

      Deadlines could feel a little rushed and expectations "24/7" but I think that may have been due to pressure from clients.

      Pros

      The president has empathy, is caring about her employees and is extremely knowledgeable. As a minority Latino I felt very included.

      The commute is long other than that no cons

      Pros

      Truly the best PR industry experience I have had to date. Agency CEO truly cares about the growth of people and invests a ton of time and resources in learning opportunities and mentoring. Always very helpful in providing me with resources and guidance and honing pitching skills. Very well connected in the industry.

      Cons

      PR is a 24/7 industry. That being said, I love it and thrive in this environment.
