      - It's a German company and yet needs to evolve to an inclusive language, such as English. The process is there, yet many internal documents and emails are written in German.

      I love most of our customers and callers, and my co-workers rock!

      Our metrics can be hard to keep up with, and we have lost a lot of great employees since the company was bought by MAP communications.
