Management Needs Improvement - Compensation Analyst Rubrik Employee Review

Too much work. No sympathy for mental health even though they preach so much mental health and wellness. Zero support from management and only lies. No or very less hikes. No refresh shares to India employees while US employees get lots of them. Transparency with regards to performance talks is missing and rating system needs improvement.
