Pros

Great product, and product training, pay is good for SDR role

Cons

You won’t move up unless you befriend the right people in leadership. If you’re numbers help make them look good a you run the right elbows. You’ll be fine. A lot of false hope to become an AE. They’ll hire externally if they can.

Pros

Great product, easy pitch to the right person. Work environment is inviting and people are helpful. General culture here is that everyone wants others to succeed, so getting started is easy.

Cons

SDR’s gets little insight into the sales process after meetings are set. Your work basically stops with a prospect once that meeting is set and an opportunity is created. Would be nice to get more training in enterprise software selling so that you’re more prepared for an AE role.
