      amsterdam office offers no career growth possibilities nor salary increases even by overachieving each target. burnout is a reality with many employees in sick leave. management promote rubrik values but is unfamiliar with them when it comes to apply those values in daily activities

      Pros

      Great product, easy pitch to the right person. Work environment is inviting and people are helpful. General culture here is that everyone wants others to succeed, so getting started is easy.

      Cons

      SDR’s gets little insight into the sales process after meetings are set. Your work basically stops with a prospect once that meeting is set and an opportunity is created. Would be nice to get more training in enterprise software selling so that you’re more prepared for an AE role.
