      Pros

      Fair Pay. I dont have much else to add here

      Cons

      My experience has been crap. I dont like the team, no growth opportunities, took away my bonus and gave no feedback. I havent been working at all for three months after the no bonus and guess what, no poor feedback, not fired yet, guess my performance is better when I dont work. Not inclusive at all. Not a place to work if you have a family. Not flexible.

      Pros

      Great product, easy pitch to the right person. Work environment is inviting and people are helpful. General culture here is that everyone wants others to succeed, so getting started is easy.

      Cons

      SDR’s gets little insight into the sales process after meetings are set. Your work basically stops with a prospect once that meeting is set and an opportunity is created. Would be nice to get more training in enterprise software selling so that you’re more prepared for an AE role.
