Pros

The product is good for small business . Marketing and Sales are positioning the product as it "creates excitement" for an only a backup product. Nothing exciting about backing my data as long as it's backed-up who cares?

Cons

Management picks favourites at HQ, CEO has no clue whats going on in the field and has missed the boat on top talent have have left. A lot of great people left because of incapable favourites got promoted. Expect huge quota that you will never come close - get used to working on your base salary. If you are between jobs take a short stop there and suck the base salary and 3 month garuantee and join another company. No transparency whatsoever. Many people have not been paid correctly and are having promised and bonuses withdrawn. No clear direction with where the company is going Sr. Leader have great packages and just hanging on trying to not to loose their overpaid jobs. The product is just another easy to use backup product - nothing cloud about it. High expectations for sales output with an old video training to mirror as their sales pitch. Middle management is are useless, very green and NO guidance to help you achieve your goals and quota. This whole company is smoke and mirrors for a simple backup and recovery.

Pros

Great product, easy pitch to the right person. Work environment is inviting and people are helpful. General culture here is that everyone wants others to succeed, so getting started is easy.

Cons

SDR’s gets little insight into the sales process after meetings are set. Your work basically stops with a prospect once that meeting is set and an opportunity is created. Would be nice to get more training in enterprise software selling so that you’re more prepared for an AE role.
