Hiring a large pool of Casual support Staffs to fulfil short uncertain shifts and providing few or none shifts in a week

Throughout the induction day, my attempts to seek clarification and support were met with dismissal, and regrettably, I was denied progression to the next stage without a clear explanation. This experience raises concerns about the organization's commitment to acknowledging and addressing the needs of its crucial support staff. I believe it is essential for the organization to reassess its approach to supporting staff members and establish clear protocols for addressing their concerns. My hope is that this feedback contributes to fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment at Rubix Support.
