      Co-workers are very friendly and everyone works well together as a team.

      Cons

      Leadership definitely needs some work. Motivation for employees is based more on fear than support. Not a lot of room to progress through the company.

      Benefits are decent, pay is decent and the sales structure is okay.

      Cons

      Managment knows VERY LITTLE about the industry. Theres little to no flexibility with things that need to change and employee input is not heard.
