      Pros

      A group of young people with great dedication aiming to be on top on the mountain. Infectious company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work , Lots of flexibility, Work From Home benefit, Paid Leaves, Maternity benefit after only 5 months of joining, Attractive Salary, Increment twice in a year to a good performer, no over time or rarely required. Nice place to work.

      Pros

      Working here felt very included & i am encouraged to speak my mind and be myself . Very caring attitude towards employees with respect to health and wellbeing .Flexibility of Working from home is given considering the difficult phase of new Motherhood .

      There are no CONS if you are determined and know how to excel in performing work duties .

      Nice and Friendly environment during work. Good Management System Employee Welfare Policies. Work/Life balance is so good and the boss is very friendly and always motivating

      Sometimes there is less Employee appreciation but the management handles is precisely.
