Pros
Small company, fast paced. Good interaction with upper management. Team is cross functional and they all help each other out, without egos. They take the time to help you understand your function and what they expect from your position.
Cons
Fast pace can sometimes wear you down especially when nearing deadlines for reporting to investors. Getting back and forth from Philadelphia when SEPTA isn't working is not fun.
