      Fast paced, challenging work with good career development opportunities. Very fast at reacting quickly and bureaucracy is minimal. Experienced colleagues willing to help Knowledgeable, experienced and supportive MD

      Cons

      Work can be stressful at busy times. Expectations are very high Can feel slightly left to plan your own way - you need to be a self starter.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits in the USA.

      Cons

      Hired as QC but had to do QA, QC, janitorial, shipping receiving, creating osha programs like confined spaces etc. ( not osha certified) this company only gave 36 hours a week to complete all work. Zero hands on training only virtual 2 hours a day while UK branch was open. Ultimately after giving notice I was given a termination notice with 2 days to work and I never went back.
