Absolutely HORRID management, the most toxic work environment I've ever worked in. Constant yelling from the CEO, belittling of his employees, public humiliation rituals. This is insanity. How is this company still operating?? Someone needs to buy this company from this sociopath and get it back on track. I feel disgusted knowing how oblivious all the customers are, but I can't blame them, they can't see what's going on inside the Fountain Valley building. They only have front access to the warehouse. I feel sorry for Beau's family.
