      Good benefits. Prompt pay. Excellent payroll issue resolution. Good comrodery.

      Cons

      Upper management wants you to report all issues you feel need addressing, but nothing seems to get reviewed. It has gotten to the point were I don't even take issues to the Terminal Manager because I feel he is not even listening.

      The pay is good. The jobs is enjoyable and rewarding.

      Cons

      Management. The people in charge are horrible. They pick and choose who the like and who they don't. It doesn't matter how hard you work if they don't like you you'll never go anywhere. They will backstab you and lead you into situations to make you look bad. And if you dare to actually shine because of your work you manager will make sure you're look like a fool. Manager used to randomly call at 0200 and if you didn't answer it was a right up. Expect you to always be on call.
