Pros

None was the worst experience

Cons

Terrible management, no basic salary and you rely on the sales you make during your 11hrs days (some of your profit it give to management too) Expected to work 6 days a week and would often go from 9am to 10pm. You had to pay for everything - transport, trips you were forced to go on Lots of bullying from management and above especially when most people were struggling to meet targets. No safety when walking alone at night especially in winter months. Most people quit whilst I worked there including a manager, if someone who completes the programme can’t even pay their rent it doesn’t look great for anyone else.

Pros

There are no pros to this.

Cons

It's bad. Management doesn't explain how the payment works - it's pay by commission and you're supposed to collect cash over card otherwise you won't get paid, which is ridiculous as drunk people don't tend to carry cash on them now that you can pay with your phone so easily. If you contact the people about payment you don't receive they ghost your messages and block your number.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, and a good path if you want to be in sales/ stick with it long enough.

Cons

The programme was made to sound a lot more than it was. The reality was 12+ hour days of door to door sales, and you only get paid for the sales you make (often zero for many employees). You'd also be expected to work 6 days a week.
