Pros

Even though we have deadlines to meet (as with any job), the work is flexible. I can work anytime I want, as much as I want, and anywhere I want. I can work at home, at the coffee shop, or even while traveling out of town. When I first started during the winter, I was able to work a lot of hours in the evenings (I also work as a full-time teacher). But as life got busier in the spring, management was understanding of my need to work less. Feedback on my work is direct and easy to understand. I have some choice in the projects I chose to work on, which is nice. Having Rozzy on my resume has also helped me to land additional contracts with other curriculum companies.

Cons

Starting out, I feel like I had to learn some of the ins and outs on my own, but once I got the hang of things (after a couple weeks) I had no problems. I just made sure to ask a lot of questions when I had them.

Pros

*Enjoyable atmosphere that's both productive and personal-growth focused *Content you can believe in *Amazing work-life balance *Approachable management *Supportive, likable staff *Always something to do in each department, so if you want to get "out of your lane" for a bit, you definitely can *Deadline-driven but not to the point of insanity *High standards in content are expected, and training is provided so those standards can be met *Business attire not expected (though I personally don't mind either way, I know many who would mind)

Cons

None that I can see.

Pros

Rozzy Learning is a great place for a young and ambitious person looking for their first or next career challenge. You’ll get to work with the founders of the company on a daily basis. Gaining exposure to what it’s like building a company from scratch, generating early sales, and raising outside capital to learn and try new things as you grow your company. Over the past year, the company has went from offering one product to multiple product lines, grown personnel in virtually every department, while also bringing on 100’s of new customers. They work with K-8 schools, so your customer interactions are a lot of fun! Their office is in the cortex area, with plenty of places to walk and eat every day, as well ping pong and the usual amenities that come with great co-working space. You’ll also get the occasional “work from home after lunch” email when it’s nice on Fridays. And team happy hours and off-site events are common.

Cons

No equity or employee stock offered to early employees. No benefits. You are required to be in the office (downtown) 5 days a week.
