Royal Trinity Hospice Response
7yThank you for taking the time to give this feedback. Please see our response to your feedback below, although please note that this is the same response that has been shared with you on a previous occasion.
Here at Royal Trinity Hospice, we take good care of our workforce and it disappoints me greatly to read a review of this nature. Please do come and speak to me about any issues you have as we appreciate any feedback that we can use to improve services for patients and/or experiences for our staff.
You’ve mentioned some concerns about how shifts are allocated. Our managers invest significant time and energy into creating a rota that ensures we have the right number of staff on duty to provide excellent patient care, whilst accommodating as many staff requests as possible. It is often hard to juggle the needs of everyone, but no one has been rostered to work 7 days in a row at Royal Trinity Hospice.
If you have any ideas about how else we can thank our colleagues, we would love to hear your suggestions.
Accusations of bullying are taken very seriously at Trinity, and we encourage you to raise this with your line manager, Human Resources or ‘Tell Jane’ (an independent organisation we recently commissioned that can support colleagues who are concerned about bullying).
Once again, I’m sorry to hear how unhappy you are with Royal Trinity Hospice and I encourage you to speak with me or any other senior manager about your concerns.
Kind Regards
Martin Powell - Director of Patient Services
