This company is a decent place to work, they offer top-of-the-line health insurance, with one week of paid personal leave and an extra week of paid vacation. They also have an employee stock ownership program which pays quarterly bonuses based off the performance of the company that quarter and how much you have worked that quarter (i.e. the more overtime you work the more money you'll get). They are one of the largest plastic injection molding companies in the U.S. with six manufacturing facilities. They also have internal promotions and position changes. With opportunities to talk to the upper management about the good and bad of the company. Overall not bad.
