The team for Royal is small and works really well together. The management sets realistic expectations and works with you to help meet goals. There are busy months and slow months, but overall everyone gets along super well and it is low stress.

The parent company is extremely controlling and pushes going back to the office despite the entirety of the company (globally) saying they would start looking elsewhere for employment if this happened. Very uncaring executive level management and a detachment where the global side of the business eclipses everything else.

Great people to work with at RR.
