Pros
Residents can be wonderful and the company will help you with training and provide you with career opportunities. Some of the nurses are great.
Cons
The management is manipulative and will use you and mistreat you. They don't see you as a person, only as something that can help get work done for them. Other workers can be horrible and don't take their jobs seriously, which affects you as a worker and also the quality of care given to residents. Documentation is not always done accurately and some team leads are awful. Pay is incredibly low for the work that you're doing.
