Management involved in day to day operations from project managers to owners which allows for great open communication in the work place and the utilization of their knowledge from years of experience on past projects. Open door policy with great mentorship from senior management. Company is highly vested in their employees and gives them room for tremendous growth.

Senior management has drastically changed in the last 3 years causing a major decline in employee morale. Sadly it felt like high school games. Community involvement became nonexistent and/or no longer genuine. Treatment of field staff could be easily defined as verbal abuse.
