      There are no pros to talk about.

      Cons

      These people allowed me to leave my stable job of 16 months for this one. My job was to remove all admin work for the engineering department in which I did(easily). But let me go after just 10 days. The fact I was able to remove all the admin work in literally minutes says something about the people who are currently doing it.

      Pros

      I had the oppurtinity to work with an great team of hard working employees. The management team can be tuff, but are willing to listen and for the most part supportive. There were a lot of changes during the 16 years I worked there and for the most part the changes are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      At certain times the workload can be difficult to manage.
