Toxic negative environment - Sales Assistant Royal Custom Design Employee Review

This is a family owned company with no regard to there employees unless your on a Management level. They lie and promise you raises yet when it comes to time for your raise they will dodge you and act like they never said such. The stress level is isn't worth the minimum wage pay. Lots of favoritism,racism,vandalizing of your property. You can bring it up to Management however they will act like your crazy and no such thing can happen on there property because they lie and say there's security camera's on there property. All lies!! There's no security camera's on the property.
