Pros

for miami standards, i thought the pay was good. then again, the workforce is very dissatisfied, so without competitive salaries, the employees would be as incompetent as the management.

Cons

13% turnover in the miami headquarters during the recession. keep in mind miami has 12% unemployment (3% above the national average). I think the numbers speak for themselves. offices are drab, management is quite incompetent. to rise through the ranks, you need to brown nose. and there are rat traps under the desks. yum.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
