      Offered a wide rage of large, cross functional projects with multiple vendors. Internal resource very competent and willing to go the extra mile for the success of the projects.

      For contractors compensation were below market averages, Navigating through the organization was often challenging

      Pros

      The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

      Cons

      Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
