It's an exciting brand that's constantly growing and innovating. You are always challenged to continue to do more and make sure you are thinking of things differently
Cons
The cons for working at Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD would be the work life balance, there is none! Also there have been lay offs for the past couple of years and if would seem the executive team would manage human resource growth better so they would not have to do layoffs so often.
