The managers force staff to do 2 jobs but pay them for 1, there is no HR support, the management is incompetent, particularly the Head of Partnerships and Development. His entire team of 5 left within 12 months. Staff were hired without any relevant experience.

Great place to work. Wonderful people.

Simple tasks can be made hard because of the layers of internal teams that making them harder.
