Pros
Good learning if you can stand the bullying&backstabbing, the teaching staff do know what they are talking about, some of them like to hear themself talk a lot too.
Cons
It becomes clear very quickly that this organisation is self congratulatory. English people and show ponies are preferred as team members. Sociopaths regulary thrive there. A lot of very capable people are pushed out and ridiculed. This gravy train is fed by public money, therefore the work life balance is very good. Skyving is common.
