Extremely Family Oriented - people are allowed to bring kids to work, take off when needed, and family relationships are valued Employee Driven - you will be as successful as you want to be; so if you lack motivation then your experience might not be as good - but motivated people have a chance to be as successful as they want to me - sky is the limit (especially for those in sales) Generous compensation plans - sales people earn generous base salaries starting at $60,000 plus bonuses/commission... most outside sales people earn 100K+, excellent benefits, 401K where the company contributes 3% no matter what - even if employee chooses not to contribute him/herself. Amazing management and people - some of the best people around - whether you're in the U.S. or Sweden, or any other location - people make this company feel more like family - everyone is friendly and helpful. Travel Opportunities - for those who want to experience the world, Roxtec offers 17 subsidiary locations around the world: Sweden, U.S., U.K., Brazil, China, Australia, Singapore, Germany, etc. You travel the wold and get paid to do so. I have worked in public accounting for a few years before coming to Roxtec, and Roxtec is hands down the best company I have worked for. I am grateful everyday for working at Roxtec.
Cons
Only sales people are exposed to world travel - accounting, logistics and other office support rarely get to go anywhere. Opportunities for moving within the company i.e. into different job functions are limited. Not a whole lot of global transparency
