      Pros

      Individuals who work here have a fountain of knowledge. Engineers clearly have been educated well, PMs do their best to complete projects and the sales team avidly do their best to push through work. In regards to the teams and individuals you work with at your level everyone at Roxel are lovely and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Disconnect with Senior Management Team. Decisions are made by them with little input from the ones who sit under them. There is little grasps of moving with times. The defence sector has taken on a lot of smarter working options but Roxel is stuck in its Royal Ordnance ways. Opportunities are capped, PDRs and promised development are promises that are not fulfilled.

      Good job security, no disciplinary action if you make scrap / don't do your job right

      Cons

      Abysmal Senior and middle management. Chaos and frustration on a daily occurrence.. They on pay Kidderminster wages (poor) but they then expect to be able to compete with multi national companies when trying to hire people

      Sick pay. OK if you're just waiting to retire. Day shift

      Cons

      Managers only look after their friends. Do not expect to be treated fairly. bullying is rife from long term employees, but managers won't sort them out due to lack of skilled workers. HR totally clueless. extremely poor training. Restrictions are ridiculous and contradicting. Health & safety is border line criminal. Office staff vs shop floor divide is huge. Very out dated processes, tools/ machinery. Poor pay for what you are producing. Skill point pay system doesn't work. One of the worst Jobs I've ever had. Extremely toxic atmosphere! Avoid ! !
