Exposure to a variety of construction sector and types albeit on a mostly small scale.
Cons
Lack of trust in employees. Lack of understanding and knowledge of latest design standards and software offerings. Toxic personality in management which included unprofessional and frankly unacceptable behaviour such as anger tantrums, extreme rudeness and shouting at staff.
