Pros

Rowen Homes has built both a fantastic brand, as well as team behind the brand. There is a real passion and enthusiasm and a great working culture, which for me is such a priority having worked for brands before, that lacked or lost this. There is a huge amount of autonomy within your role and everyone has a voice and part to play in driving the success of the business.

Cons

As a smaller start up that has seen a huge growth trajectory, there is still some navigating systems/processes, but that's all part and parcel of being part of a smaller brand and actually this allows more exposure and opportunities within a business, that you may not get with a larger more established brand.

Friendly environment, fair pay and good incentives

Cons

Unrealistic deadlines, micromanagement from the managers, always a foul smell around the area, they hate hybrid working, feels like they are all show but is ran like a madhouse, unrealistic expectations, lack of knowledge for certain roles, little progression
