Few supervisors who care trying to improve things friendly people

Outdated.. things always breaking down and owner not very involved. Seems to be no future here. Low pay expensive insurance.

Monday to Friday schedule. There is some overtime. They bring in food for meetings. Relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes to relaxed. Not to much drama

Lack of safety . The have outdated equipment. Some supervisors are young and like to play on there cell phones. Work outside in all kinds of weather. The have there favorites.
