Pros

Drawing of over 11 years in operation, Rowben Consulting has carved out a niche in specializing in the Melbourne Market. Working with a Director who has over 20 years of recruitment management experience, Consultants are given the right training, development and support to succeed as high billers in this market. The company environment is supportive and outcome oriented (No KPI's!), with employee benefits including reward days, working from home, monthly massages and team lunches. Consultants are given the flexibility to manage their own day, workload and client/ candidate relationships. You would be hard pressed to find a more supportive director, who has fostered a rare culture that personifies the core values, allowing consultants to flourish and ultimately to succeed.

Cons

There are very few negatives that come to mind. At Rowben Consulting, you are given every tool you need to succeed. If you are looking for a large 50 person recruitment team, this is not it. At Rowben, you work closely with the management team allowing immediate decision making and a tailored, adaptive approach to your development.

Pros

A passionate Director with a wealth of industry knowledge and recruitment experience. A team with a great culture where everyone is a team player working towards company goals. Long standing PSA clients over the past 11 years. Leading industry commission structure which is uncapped, low budget structure which means you can achieve targets and earn commission, paid monthly - NO deficit model or strange split models like other larger agencies. Great benefits from massages, quarterly lunches and events, breakfast provided, TV area etc Investment towards employees to help them develop and grow, resulting in specialist consultants that are experts in their field and a professional service to our clients. 100% backing from the Director in a privately owned Australian business

Cons

There are no downsides, being a small boutique agency everything is here and decisions are made instantly. There is flexibility when dealing with clients providing a tailored and professional service and you can make the decisions yourself.
