Room and Board for the Resident Assistant Position includes a meal plan, although it is not worth the headache of dealing with management.

Cons

Management is very out of touch with how things need to be ran. They just sit in their ivory tower with their predefined assumptions of how things should be ran and don't take any recommendations or events into account.
