A única coisa boa nesta empresa foi a equipe de desenvolvedores, apesar deles não durarem mais que 3 meses na empresa.

Cons

- CTO tendo chiliques e sendo grosseiro com os desenvolvedores via calls e via Slack. - Alta rotatividades de funcionários, muitos desenvolvedores não quiseram ficar após suas primeiras semanas na empresa. - Micromanagement, atualizações via relógio ponto digital, standups escritos via Slack e diversos status ao longo do dia via call/Slack. - Pagamentos atrasados em até 2 semanas ou nem pagam em caso de desligamentos que partiram de funcionários. - Trabalhos em feriados e fora de horário exigidos pelo CTO (não acordado em contrato)

They sell the opportunity as a great one because you'll report directly to the CTO. The work environment is great, except for the CTO, a very toxic passive-aggressive person.

Cons

* The company has had a staggering 100% quarterly turnover rate since its inception. * Dishonesty is rampant; for example, offering bonuses that are never paid out, misleading reasons for hiring strategies, and empty promises about stock options. * Working on holidays is mandated unless there's collective pushback. * Taking even recognized holidays off affects your monthly salary. * Weekend disturbances for non-urgent matters are common. * Micromanagement is the norm, led by someone with an inflated ego. * Your work scope may change daily, followed by public shaming for inevitable failures. * You can meticulously document and meet agreed-upon goals, yet still face repercussions for unmet, unspoken expectations. * Expect passive-aggressive communication from management. * Public humiliation is frequent, and aggressive behavior is a daily occurrence. * Expert hires struggle as their professional recommendations are often disregarded in favor of outdated or ineffective approaches. * Employee input is neither desired nor considered. * Any attempt to be proactive or add value is met with resistance and could lead to blacklisting. * Team morale is low; nobody looks forward to starting their workday.
