      Pros

      -The team was very fun, very open to suggestions. The culture there was positive. -Free snack and coffee bar. -Exciting IPs at the time. -Encourages side projects. -Right at the heart of downtown Orlando, very beautiful and resourceful area. -Office set up was positive and stress-free.

      Cons

      -Sometimes, the pace would slow down considerably. -At the time I was there, the team was divided into very small teams to work on several projects at the same time...probably too many projects that we could've handled successfully. There seemed to be a lot of divided attention, because some co-workers had to continually be switching roles to boost another project.

      Pros

      Creative fun work environment with a great group of coworkers. Hours are very flexible and unlimited PTO is offered. An all mac shop with company provided Macbook Pro.

      Cons

      As a startup, their direction changes on the dime from day to day. What they may be hiring for today may be a job function no longer needed in a month due to a change in direction.
