      Flexible our when in office, 3 weeks of training before working on a real project, GYM in the office, good benefits, friendly coworkers, helpful and responsive management, and more

      Cons

      When working in RBT you will have to work in unfinished building and it gets pretty hot in the summer. No remote work prospect, it is only on site or in the office.
