Pros
Opportunity to work with some industry giants. Good onboarding process for new hires, especially new grads. Nice culture of collaboration. Engineers typically help eachother out and are not competitive. Can learn a lot and advance if you're interested in automation. Fairly competitive compensation and benefits.
Cons
Group managers are in charge of both project sales/financials and managing people. They don't have enough time to properly mentor or evaluate their employees. Employee experience greatly varies depending on the projects you're on. Depending on project, travel and off site experience can be tedious.
