      Pros

      Well engaged with College Grad and co-op, quick on the job experience and learning. Young company with lots of social aspects. All of my closest friends either work or have worked for RoviSys

      Cons

      Pay doesn't move as fast as experience gains, affirmation isn't always present. On site travel can be extensive

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
