      They hire really great people, makes for a good environment to work in

      Cons

      Since it is mostly contract work, the work itself can get a bit stressful and involves communication (sometimes difficult) with clients

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
