      -Lots to learn in the company, given my co-op period was 3 months, I felt I learned a lot in a short period of time -Endless knowledge in process controls, excellent company resources -Pay is decent for the area, food provided about half the time -Depending on team, may include possibility for travel

      Cons

      -Depending on the team you are assigned to, you may struggle to get assigned work occasionally (which seems to be a co-op exclusive problem, since full-time employees always seem busy) -Depending on team, may include possibility for travel

      Managers are good about hearing you if there is a problem, hours are relatively flexible, fairly relaxed work environment

      A large amount of travel is involved, around 50-95% of time.
