Pros
I got to work personally on projects and get real experience. Various interns had various experiences based on project and what stage the project was in. The Virginia team is very new, so everyone works closely and strongly together. Everyone is sharp and hard working, it is a great environment.
Cons
The pay is the only thing I wish was a little higher, but they are so forgiving with taking time off, and managing your workload if you feel its heavy or too light.
