      Easy communication with all parts of the company. My manager at the time was helpful and a good resource. I enjoyed the product and the overall mission.

      Cons

      Zero salary transparency, good employees fired or let go with confusing explanations, high employee turnover, micromanagement.

      I love the people at RoverPass, the culture is 10/10. So many opportunities to learn and grow. Amazing clients and industry as well

      It's a startup, so there are some growing pains, but handled well with no drama!

      Pros

      - No micromanagement: If you performed well they trusted you. - There was a bunch of really nice people (working under poor circumstances) - Payment was good

      Cons

      - No culture at all. - No benefits other than the salary. - they really did an awful job at filling key roles for the company that eventually killed them.
