Pros

I quickly made bookings and connected me with people who need their dog walked which was easier than marketing for myself.

Cons

takes 20% out of all earnings, the messaging feature sends texts to your phone as well as notifies you in the app so it is just a mess of notifications on my phone, reoccurring bookings does not pay out quite as fast even though the company has the customer pay in advance at the beginning of the week.

Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

Cons

As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
